Mr. Findrick has over two decades of mechanical design experience in aircraft structural engineering, including design and implementation of production machinery, tooling, fixtures, equipment layout, landing gear, hydraulics, and pneumatics. He is also well-versed in wiring diagrams, schematics, and cabling design. Tom has vast experience in designing numerous aerospace products. His strong technical communication and diplomacy skills have served him well, especially while working as a first article liaison team member on F-16 mechanical systems.
Tom was responsible for BTP's (Build-To-Packages) from inception through release using configuration management (CM) and PDM data management systems while serving as a design engineer for Alternate Mission Equipment at Lockheed Martin. His experience in aircraft interiors also includes designing ECS ducts for the KingAir turboprop airplane. He has over 20000 hours in Catia V4 and 4000 hours in Catia V5.
Mr. Findrick has worked for aerospace leaders such as Lockheed Martin of Ft. Worth, L3 Communications of Lexington, General Dynamics C4 and Decision Systems of Huntsville, Bell Helicopter of Ft. Worth, Boeing Commercial of Seattle, Rockwell Collins of Cedar Rapids, and Loral Vought Systems of Grand Prairie, TX.
